Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. Our Site is hosted by GoDaddy. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

IV. Product and Services

We have made every effort to ensure that the product images and colors displayed on the Website accurately reflects the actual products in our inventory. We cannot guarantee that your

computer monitor’s color image will match that of the product(s). We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected to your expectations.

We strive to provide the best products for our customers. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the products are provided “as is” and cannot be altered. We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, on this Site. By using this Site, you expressly agree that your use of our products and services are at your own risk. We shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damages arising from your use of any of the products or services procured from this website.

We retain all copyright over branding, logo, photos, and domain name.

All legal matters will be handled in accordance with the state of New Jersey. By using this Site, the user consents to being governed by New Jersey law.

Anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”) shall not access this Website without parental consent. By use of this website, you are agreeing that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow your minor dependents to use this site.

X. Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS. Please allow 2 – 3 days for your order to be processed and dropped off for shipment. You will receive a USPS tracking number via email once we have received it from USPS at the time of shipment.

Please double check your address upon ordering. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you order is returned as undeliverable, then we will be more than happy to resend the order to the correct address. However, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs prior to shipment.

Candles by Cecilia LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier. We are not responsible for the package once it has been given to the postal service for delivery. Please use the USPS tracking number to determine the location of the package.

If your item is damaged during USPS shipping, please contact us immediately at info@candlesbycecilia.com, and provide at least 2 photos of the damaged package and product. We will file a claim with the postal service.

XI. Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds, unless the item has been damaged during shipment (see Shipping Policy).
